CONDITION OF EXCHANGE, RETURNS AND REFUND.
All exchanges are accepted, refunds are only accepted as part of an error on our part of description, and that it is proven.
- Any product must be returned in its new condition with appropriate and intact packaging.
- The packaging being an integral part of the product, make sure that it is well packaged
When returning so that the product(s) are not damaged.
DEADLINE TO RETURN AN ITEM:
- From the day you received your item, you have 14 days to return it.
Once this period has passed, no returns will be accepted.
REFUNDS:
Refunds will be made from the moment the return is validated. Within 72 hours of receiving the return, a transfer will be made to the customer.
